Insurance Requirements

Commercial General Liability/ Bodily Injury/Property Damage
€6,500,000 Per Occurrence

Unlimited Aggregate
€6,500,000 Products/Completed Operations Insurance

Commercial Automobile Liability
€6,500,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage.

Workers Compensation – In accordance with the State Scheme

Employer’s Liability
€13,000,000 Per Occurrence

Other requirements:

If applicable, replacement cost for all personal property including tools and equipment.

Indemnity to principal naming CyrusOne, Inc. and all its subsidiaries included on Public Liability policy as respects operations of the Named Insured and where required by written contract. Waiver of Subrogation applied in favor of CyrusOne on Public Liability policy.
