Strategically located in Sossenheim, Frankfurt, approximately 500 meters from our FRA3 data center, FRA4 delivers 11 MW of IT capacity to 5,380 sq. m. of world-class technical space in one building across four stories. Each data hall is meticulously engineered for maximum efficiency and scalability, tailored to meet unique customer requirements.

The facility is connected to the European high voltage grid via two independent substations and offers low PUE through N+1 adiabatic free cooling air chillers. Advanced power and building monitoring systems are supported by a team of on-site mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineers available 24x7x365, implementing rigorous Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs.
