The data center is complemented by Class-A office space, including large-scale suites.
The DFW1 data center features zero-water consumption cooling and uses highly efficient multiple 160-ton Direct Evaporative Cooling Units with rapid restart and adaptive controlled microprocessors. The facility serves as the data center of choice for the 911 operations of several local cities that form the North Texas Emergency Communications Center (NTECC).
