Strategically located in Sossenheim, Frankfurt, less than 500 meters from our FRA1 and FRA2 data centers, FRA3 delivers 22 MW of IT capacity to 11,560 sq. m. of world-class technical space within two attached four-story data centers. Each data hall is meticulously engineered for maximum efficiency and scalability, tailored to meet unique customer requirements.

The facility is connected to the European high voltage grid via two independent substations (separate from FRA1 and FRA2) and offers ultra-low PUE through Indirect Adiabatic Air Cooling. Advanced power and building monitoring systems are supported by a team of on-site mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineers available 24x7x365, implementing rigorous Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programs.
