As President and Chief Executive Officer John is responsible for CyrusOne's overall global strategy, leading the company's next phase of growth to capitalize on unpreceded demand for AI infrastructure. John joined the Board of Directors upon his appointment as CEO in 2026, bringing nearly 15 years of company tenure and deep expertise to the role.

John has held a series of senior positions across the business since he joined CyrusOne in 2011. He was named Chief Operating Officer in 2020, overseeing Design, Construction, IT, and Operations, before being promoted to President in September 2025. In this role, he was responsible for Global Sales, Global Procurement, and U.S. Design, Engineering, and Construction, directly aligning customer engagement with delivery capabilities to give hyperscale and enterprise AI customers a fully integrated path to new capacity.

John stands at the forefront of data center design and development. Leading technology companies trust his expertise in building capacity that keeps pace with ever-rising demands for power, cooling, and resilience - demand he has met head-on by spearheading the rollout of CyrusOne's Intelliscale facilities - purpose-built for high-density AI workloads.

Beyond operational and engineering excellence, John has been a consistent advocate for CyrusOne's role as a responsible, trusted neighbor in communities where the company builds. He recognizes that sustainable growth depends as much on strong local relationships as on technical capability and works to earn trust.

Before joining CyrusOne, John served as Director of Design and Construction at ConceptCSI Global Data Center Solutions, one of the industry's premier construction firms specializing in mission-critical facilities. He began his career as a network operations engineer, working with some of the world's largest financial institutions - including JPMorgan Chase & Co. (formerly Bear Stearns), Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley - where he was responsible for the strategic design, planning, and control of mission-critical data centers worldwide.

Owen Morris serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading CyrusOne's global finance organization, including accounting, financial reporting, operations finance, risk management, treasury, and strategic planning.

Joining CyrusOne in 2024, Owen previously served as Chief Financial Officer of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, for five years where he played important roles in all finance functions and led key operational decisions, revenue cycle management, and acquisition integration. Prior to joining USPI, Owen spent nearly two decades in investment banking and venture capital, primarily with the real estate investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.

Owen is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Rob Johnson is Chief Operating Officer of CyrusOne, where he leads the customer relationship from sale through ongoing service. His organization brings together Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Customer Success and Global Operations, creating clear accountability for the commitments CyrusOne makes to customers and how those commitments are delivered over time.

Rob is also responsible for the performance and operations of CyrusOne’s data center portfolio, with a focus on operational excellence, customer outcomes, asset performance and reliable service.

Prior to joining CyrusOne, Rob served as Executive Vice President of Networks for the Americas at Ericsson, where he led the region’s Networks business and previously oversaw Ericsson’s largest customer engagement in company history—a $14 billion Tier 1 carrier contract.

Over more than two decades, Rob has built a track record of leading large-scale, mission-critical organizations through periods of growth, complexity and transformation. His career includes senior leadership roles at Siemens IT Solutions & Services, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services and Computer Sciences Corporation, where he focused on improving operational performance, scaling global teams and delivering strong outcomes for customers.

Outside of work, Rob is passionate about giving back to the community and serves as a volunteer youth sports coach. He and his wife, Jennifer, have been married for 25 years and have two children in college. Their family has two beloved dogs and is actively involved in fostering English Bulldogs.

As Chief Technology Officer for CyrusOne, Jim Roche leads the company's technology, engineering, design, construction, and quality functions, overseeing the development and delivery of the critical infrastructure that powers customers' digital operations. He is responsible for advancing how CyrusOne designs, engineers, manufactures, and builds its facilities, ensuring the company continues to deliver capacity faster, more efficiently, and with industry-leading reliability.

Since joining CyrusOne in 2014, Roche has been a trusted partner to customers and a driving force behind the company's engineering excellence, sustainability initiatives, and innovation in data center design and delivery. His leadership has helped ensure customer requirements are met with consistency, speed, and operational rigor while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Prior to CyrusOne, Roche served as a Data Center Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where he leveraged Aperture and building systems to optimize data center operations across North America. He focused on improving efficiency through the optimization of power, cooling, and space utilization, and brings more than 20 years of experience in data center design, engineering, construction, and operations.

Roche has served on the Data Center Alliance Advisory Board since 2014 and brings extensive expertise in data center design, base building, MEP infrastructure, and operational performance. He has built one of the industry's premier engineering organizations and continues to champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork that delivers lasting value for CyrusOne customers and stakeholders.

Gene Alessandrini is Chief Development Officer at CyrusOne and a member of the company’s leadership team. He leads the Energy and Land organization and is responsible for the front end of CyrusOne’s development process—from initial site evaluation through shovel-ready status.

In this role, Gene oversees land acquisition, power strategy, entitlements and incentives, working closely with community engagement and other teams to secure the sites, energy and approvals needed to support CyrusOne’s growth. He also maintains key relationships across the energy sector and helps ensure the timely delivery of power and alternative energy solutions to CyrusOne data centers.

Before joining CyrusOne, Gene served as Chief Commercial Officer at TerraForm Power, a Brookfield Renewable company, where he led commercial strategy, asset optimization and market operations. He previously held leadership roles at Brookfield Renewable and PPL EnergyPlus, with responsibilities spanning retail energy, origination, trading, market fundamentals, regulatory affairs and policy.

Gene earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA through the University of Delaware’s Executive Program. He serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for Villanova University’s College of Engineering and has previously served on advisory boards for Saint Mark’s High School and Neumann University.

A native of the greater Philadelphia area, Gene enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling with his family and following the Philadelphia Eagles and Villanova Wildcats.

Andrea Muñoz serves as Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, with responsibility for leading the company's global people organization. Since joining CyrusOne in 2014, Andrea has held progressively broader leadership roles and has been an active contributor to the company's significant growth. In prior roles, she led service delivery, U.S. data center operations, and global physical security, experiences that shaped her organizational perspective and leadership approach.

Andrea applies this business-led perspective to talent, performance, and leadership development based on years of leading teams through change, developing leaders, and strengthening organizational culture. She is committed to building a culture rooted in Commitment, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence, aligned with the company's CARE values and believes people and culture are the foundation from which excellence is built. Andrea also serves as executive sponsor of the CyrusOne Women's Initiative Network (WIN).

Prior to joining the company, Andrea built a 17-year career in the telecommunications industry in senior leadership roles, leading customer experience, operations, and organizational transformation.

Andrea earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Woman's University.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and mountain biking.

CyrusOne's general counsel, Robert Jackson, champions a commercially oriented, "focus on what matters" approach to business, fueled by a relentless passion for digital infrastructure, real estate development, and value creation. His journey as a business lawyer, trusted advisor, and real estate executive provides a unique perspective that complements the company's diverse senior management team. Robert currently leads the company's legal and environmental health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) teams, serves on the capital and pricing committees, and works extensively with the Board of Managers as secretary. From 2020 to 2024, Robert also led the Human Resources team, leaving a lasting impact on the company's culture and talent development strategies.

Since joining the company in 2015, Robert has provided steady leadership during a period of dramatic growth and change. He continues to focus on scaling internal and external legal resources to provide innovative, difference-making solutions to support the company's transformative global growth. Under his guidance, the EHSS team drives CyrusOne's industry-leading ESG initiatives, positioning the company at the forefront of sustainable data center operations. During his tenure as HR leader, Robert emphasized the development of a deep and diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion that has become a cornerstone of CyrusOne's success.

Robert played a pivotal role in the strategic review process culminating in the historic 2022 take-private transaction, valued at $15 billion – a record-breaking deal in the industry. His expertise was crucial in navigating the deal's complexities and guiding post-transaction strategic planning.

Born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, home of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Robert proudly calls himself a "Tiger by birth." He is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (BS Finance), the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law (JD with distinction), and the University of Florida Levin School of Law (LLM Taxation). Robert represents the company on the Board of Directors of the Data Center Coalition, the premier trade association for the data center industry, serving as a member of the executive committee. Additionally, he is a director of Tech Titans, the technology association of North Texas.

Robert and his wife live in Highland Park, Texas, and he enjoys spending time with their three children, playing basketball, and nurturing a lifelong love of photography.

As Managing Director, Europe, Andreas leads CyrusOne’s European business and is a member of the company’s global Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for driving the region’s growth strategy, overseeing commercial performance, development, operations and functional leadership, while strengthening relationships with customers, investors, policymakers and utility partners.

Andreas joined CyrusOne in 2022 as Vice President, Sales, where he played a key role in advancing the company’s growth strategy, expanding hyperscale customer relationships and strengthening its market position across Europe.

Before joining CyrusOne, Andreas spent more than 20 years with CBRE, holding senior leadership roles across the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. During that time, he advised global occupiers on complex real estate and outsourcing strategies, building extensive experience in leading international teams and delivering large-scale solutions.

Andreas combines deep knowledge of the European digital infrastructure sector with broad international leadership experience and is committed to delivering sustainable growth, developing high-performing teams and supporting the continued expansion of CyrusOne’s European platform.

Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, travelling and spending time with his family.
