CyrusOne Executive Leadership

As Chief Executive Officer, Eric is responsible for leading CyrusOne's strategy and driving the Company's growth, including the development of strategic partnerships.

Eric previously served as the Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Equinix, responsible for the company's corporate strategy and analytics, business development, acquisitions, corporate development and xScale™ joint venture program. During his 16+ year tenure, Eric held a series of senior-level roles, including serving as President of the EMEA region, where the company built its market-leading position through investment and acquisitions. Equinix EMEA earned numerous awards for its success, including Eric's recognition as European Data Center Industry Leader of the Year in 2015.

Prior to Equinix, Eric held a number of senior-level roles at BellSouth, Trammell Crow Company, Harold A. Dawson Company and McKinsey & Co. Eric earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in electrical engineering and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys cycling and has completed the 140-mile, 11-city ride in Friesland, Netherlands, four times.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, John is responsible for global operations, design, construction, and information technology. For the past twenty years, he has been at the forefront of data center design and innovation. He has the experience and enthusiasm for innovating and deploying the next generation of sustainable cloud infrastructure in the United States, Europe, and globally.

By adopting a manufacturing approach developed in conjunction with some of the world's largest technology companies and service providers, John leads teams that build and operate data center infrastructure to meet the specific speed-to-market and financial needs of hyperscale cloud and enterprise companies.

John started his career as a network operations engineer, working with some of the world's largest financial companies, including JPMorgan Chase & Co. (formerly Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.), Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley. As managing director at Bear Stearns, he was responsible for the strategic design, planning, and control of vital data centers worldwide.

Before joining CyrusOne in 2011, John served as the director of design and construction for ConceptCSI Global Data Center Solutions, one of the preeminent construction firms in the industry dedicated to designing, planning, and constructing mission-critical facilities.

Owen Morris serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for leading CyrusOne's global finance organization, including accounting, financial reporting, operations finance, risk management, treasury, and strategic planning.

Joining CyrusOne in 2024, Owen previously served as Chief Financial Officer of United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, for five years where he played important roles in all finance functions and led key operational decisions, revenue cycle management, and acquisition integration. Prior to joining USPI, Owen spent nearly two decades in investment banking and venture capital, primarily with the real estate investment banking team at Goldman Sachs.

Owen is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, Fran Federman is responsible for leading CyrusOne's capital markets activities and related strategic transactions.

Fran previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at IQHQ, a developer and owner of life science real estate. Prior to that, Fran served in various roles at Ventas, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Capital Markets and Managing Director of the Ventas Life Science and Healthcare Real Estate Fund. She previously worked as the Director of Global Treasury and Capital Markets for Terraform Global, including during its IPO, and held roles in Capital Markets and Finance at Prologis.

In addition to her professional experiences, Fran is also active in Chief, an organization focused on supporting women in senior leadership positions, and the Urban Land Institute, a leading organization in the broader real estate industry, as well as serving on the boards of One Tail at a Time and the National Eating Disorders Association.

Fran received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.

In her spare time, Fran enjoys hiking and being outdoors, ideally with her two dogs, and is currently working on her WSET Level 3 certification in wine.

CyrusOne's general counsel, Robert Jackson, champions a commercially oriented, "focus on what matters" approach to business, fueled by a relentless passion for digital infrastructure, real estate development, and value creation. His journey as a business lawyer, trusted advisor, and real estate executive provides a unique perspective that complements the company's diverse senior management team. Robert currently leads the company's legal and environmental health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) teams, serves on the capital and pricing committees, and works extensively with the Board of Managers as secretary. From 2020 to 2024, Robert also led the Human Resources team, leaving a lasting impact on the company's culture and talent development strategies.

Since joining the company in 2015, Robert has provided steady leadership during a period of dramatic growth and change. He continues to focus on scaling internal and external legal resources to provide innovative, difference-making solutions to support the company's transformative global growth. Under his guidance, the EHSS team drives CyrusOne's industry-leading ESG initiatives, positioning the company at the forefront of sustainable data center operations. During his tenure as HR leader, Robert emphasized the development of a deep and diverse team, fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion that has become a cornerstone of CyrusOne's success.

Robert played a pivotal role in the strategic review process culminating in the historic 2022 take-private transaction, valued at $15 billion – a record-breaking deal in the industry. His expertise was crucial in navigating the deal's complexities and guiding post-transaction strategic planning.

Born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, home of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Robert proudly calls himself a "Tiger by birth." He is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business (BS Finance), the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law (JD with distinction), and the University of Florida Levin School of Law (LLM Taxation). Robert represents the company on the Board of Directors of the Data Center Coalition, the premier trade association for the data center industry, serving as a member of the executive committee. Additionally, he is a director of Tech Titans, the technology association of North Texas.

Robert and his wife live in Highland Park, Texas, and he enjoys spending time with their three children, playing basketball, and nurturing a lifelong love of photography.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer for CyrusOne, Andrea Muñoz is responsible for an ecosystem of services aimed at delivering high-touch, optimal customer experiences. Andrea's oversight includes data center operations, physical security, customer success, implementations, service delivery, and crisis management. Additionally, Andrea serves in a leadership role for CyrusOne's Women's Resource Group, a supportive network for facilitating professional development and growth as well as promoting diversity and inclusion. She is also a frequent speaker at industry and business events.

Since joining CyrusOne in 2014, Andrea has successfully led customer-centric initiatives and service delivery teams that have fueled CyrusOne's scalable growth and elevated its customer-centric operations and culture. Her accomplishments have earned her several promotions and increased responsibilities. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Andrea spent 17 years in the telecommunications industry serving in multiple operational leadership roles.

Andrea earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys her time with her family as well as yoga, mountain biking, and traveling.

Leslie Jones serves as Chief People Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of CyrusOne's human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and total rewards. Leslie is committed to continuing the company's cultural growth and helping CyrusOne remain a vibrant and inclusive workplace.

Joining CyrusOne in 2024, Leslie previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Coalfire Systems, a global cybersecurity company. During her tenure at Coalfire, she led the human capital strategy, fostering rapid growth and cultivating a healthy, productive culture. Prior to that, Leslie led Human Resources at Benefitfocus, where she played a key role in taking the company public. She also has managed HR teams at Blackbaud, Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), StorageTek, and EDS, among others.

In addition, Leslie is a certified executive coach and is currently on the alumni board of directors at Cornell University. She has been a member of multiple advisory boards including Yoga Benefits Kids, University of South Carolina, and Engage Talent, an AI software company.

Leslie is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a master's degree from the University of Denver. In her spare time, Leslie enjoys traveling, ice climbing, and practicing yoga.

In his role as Executive Vice President, Managing Director, Europe, Matt is responsible for driving the growth of CyrusOne's operations in Europe and delivering the very best in data center excellence to CyrusOne's hyperscale and enterprise customers worldwide.

Matt oversees regional business strategy and an experienced European Management Team to deliver upon land and power strategy, design, construction, sustainability, technology, operations, finance, HR, legal, public policy, community relations, sales, and marketing across CyrusOne's operational portfolio of nearly 220 MW IT capacity and a development portfolio of over 500 MW IT capacity across Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Dublin, Madrid, and Milan.

Since joining CyrusOne in August 2018, Matt has been pivotal in establishing and growing CyrusOne's brand and footprint in Europe, diversifying its customer base and deploying significant capital to grow the business materially across the European region.

Matt was appointed to the Board of CyrusOne's Japanese joint venture, CyrusOne KEP, in 2023, providing strategic support to the JV and governance support to CyrusOne.

Matt has extensive relationships in the corporate community and a unique understanding of the property investment dynamics of data centers. He is a committed and regular contributor to industry thought leadership through participation in industry forums.

Effective partnership and a commitment to a sustainable future is fundamental to CyrusOne's growth strategy in Europe. Matt is honored to sit on the European Data Center Association's (EUDCA) Board of Directors and is committed to strengthening relationships with key policy stakeholders and elevating standards for best practices in the data center industry across Europe in his role as Chairman of the Board of the Climate Neutral Data Center Pact (CNDCP).

Matt joined CyrusOne following its acquisition of Zenium Data Centers where he was Managing Director and a founding member. Prior to Zenium, he was an Executive Director at CBRE, leading the Corporate Outsourcing function in EMEA.
