With over 75% of UK employees sharing anonymous feedback on their experience of working at CyrusOne and the overall culture, respondents were asked to rank specific areas of the working experience, with categories ranging from fairness and engagement to leadership. The overall average score across all categories was a strong 88%, with the categories scoring highest including camaraderie, leadership behaviour, credibility, pride, hospitality, and competence.
Survey participants were also asked to describe the CyrusOne culture in their own words, and what made it a unique place to work. Popular answers including “fun”, “friendly”, “inclusive”, “flexible”, “collaborative”, “rewarding”, “flexibility” and “success”, all contributed to the company being awarded the certification.
