Social Responsibility

Diversity and Inclusion

What makes us exceptional is the respect our employees demonstrate for each other, each and every day. We live by the Golden Rule of respect for each other and the value that each of us brings in our different opinions and views.

Training

CyrusOne completed company-wide Diversity and Inclusion training as part of our HR Roadshow. The training focused on embracing different cultures, ethnicities, and engaging with our employees and customers in a way that reflects and respects their unique perspectives and experience. In addition to the Diversity and Inclusion training, an annual refresher training course was completed by all employees. CyrusOne also hosts an annual Talent Day and Summit event that brings together leadership development and recognition of CyrusOne team members.

Annual Audit of Diversity & Inclusion Efforts

CyrusOne utilizes an outside firm to audit our diversity and inclusion efforts to ensure that we are compliant with regards to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audit for government. We monitor our Diversity and Inclusion statistics on a monthly basis, as well as use this data when making pay and promotion decisions to ensure that we are continuing to increase representation. CyrusOne also celebrates many diversity days throughout the year.
